Unit 2.2 Concept to Conception in Public Spaces

Urban Revitalization in Indianapolis...

This photomontage is meant to show a splash pad park area that would replace excess parking in the area just north of Lucas Oil Stadium. This shows a portion of the splash pad in relation to stormwater management systems and the improved streetscape.

This photomontage shows what the reworked streetscapes may look like. This landscape would include separate paths for pedestrians and cyclists. Innovative signage integrated with lighting would give up to date information on events and hours for area attractions. There would also be a rain garden buffer between people and cars.

This image show a perspective from the JW Marriott hotel overlooking what will be the Indiana Convention Center roof garden, and the plaza just north of Lucas Oil Stadium.
